The Hot Water Association has adopted a code of conduct, formalised in a Charter that applies to all members.
Now in its sixth year, the HWA works to promote the improvement of standards within the industry. The Charter is in effect designed to establish performance standards that will give members’ customers confidence and peace of mind.

Current members, who have been essential to the realisation of the challenging ethos expressed in the Charter, will be entitled to display an HWA Charter Founder Member symbol (pictured).
