The Viessmann Group has acquired Project Service and Valve (PSV).

PSV develops electronic controls for the heating and ventilation market and was previously part of Italian electronic engineering group, Gruppo Giordano.

The Viessmann purchase of PSV follows high profile acquisitions of Schüco Photovoltaics and refrigeration company Norpe. PSV has worked alongside Viessmann for many years already and has recently been almost exclusively supplying it with control units.

With this acquisition, Viessmann gains an in-house provider of electronic equipment for its complete range of Vitodens wall-mounted gas boilers.
