Stiebel Eltron has launched its latest range of CNS Trend no control (NC) heaters to broaden its range of sustainable, “tamper-proof” heating solutions for landlords.

The range has been designed for properties where the user is not the billpayer, giving only landlords control of the temperature controls and onboard times to reduce energy wastage and improve bill management.

The CNS Trend NC heaters do not require a separate local PIR or touch-activated controls. But users can use onboard controls to boost heat for a set limited period if the heater is currently at its setback temperature.

With added features including a weekly timer, open window detection, self-learning capabilities, and automatic circulation of the preheat timer, the CNS Trend NC is designed to reduce energy wastage in rental properties.

The new range compromises of five new models, spanning 0.5 to 2kW in heating output, and complements Stiebel Eltron’s best-selling CNS range.

All of the CNS Trends NC heaters have a setting range of 5-30°C and come with a sperate electronic controller with LCD.

The long-lasting tubular stainless steel element, overheating protection, and time buffering, all enhance the devices reliability in safety and maintenance, the company says.
