Thieves have reportedly stolen 14 boilers from two Maidstone building sites and officers are appealing for information, according to Kent Police.

Flats and houses under construction were burgled in Blunden Lane, Yalding between midnight on 23 November and 1pm on 26 November 2019, and Hermitage Lane, Barming between 5pm on 26 November and 5am on 27 November.

Detective Constable Iain Joyce of Maidstone C.I.D. said: "The stolen items have a value of between £850 to £1,000 and we would be very keen to hear from anybody who has been offered a Potterton or Ideal boiler at a reduced price."
