With its corrugated flexible metal piping, Floorflex offers 40 times greater heat transfer efficiency than traditional PVC materials, leading to reduced energy consumption and faster heating, according to the company.
It has been designed to be quick and easy to install, with up to 80% less piping, making it a smarter and cost effective choice for any residential and commercial setting, GFS says.
A stainless steel hose is the main material of Floorflex. It is produced as DN15, with corrugation in accordance with EN 10380 standards. After an annealing process at 1050oC, it becomes strong and durable, with bendable features thanks to a tight particle structure.
Floorflex fittings are manufactured from MS58 copper alloy and offer a secure connection point with its patented connection shape. Diameter shrinkage does not occur after the connection is made, and this does not disrupt the flow of the fluid.
Next day delivery of the Floorflex system is offered throughout the UK.
