The Association of Plumbing & Heating Contractors (APHC) has announced a new partnership with Propeller Workforce Management software, which will see APHC members receive a host of discounts and service enhancements.

Propeller provides plumbing and heating contractors with an all-in-one cloud-based Workforce Management System and app, designed to eliminate paper-based processes, reduce administration time, create efficiencies, and improve performance.

John Thompson, Chief Executive at the APHC, commented: “I’m delighted to add a workforce management software solution to our portfolio of APHC member benefits. The partnership with Propeller will allow APHC members to receive an exclusive discount on the monthly subscription and other discounts on software integrations and training should these be required.

“This software is perfect for small companies and it will enable APHC members to manage their diaries, jobs and engineers in real-time while being able to communicate and send job reminders by SMS, email, and letter to customers. It can manage your workflow from quote through to invoice and it manages van stock, warehouse and parts usage via a central stock management system which updates in real time as engineers use materials throughout the day. It has a GDPR compliant customer relationship management (CRM) system and a powerful reporting function to provide insight into areas such as compliance, engineer performance, customer satisfaction, access rates, first time fix rates and much more.

“Another benefit to Propeller is that it is equipped with industry specific certification across gas, commercial gas, oil, renewables, electrical, and legionella, plus it has a form builder to create any digital form that may be required, such as COVID-19 risk assessments.”

Deborah Boden, Business Development Director at Propeller Powered added: “Propeller are honoured to be chosen as a preferred partner to support the Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors.

"Propeller’s heritage is as a software vendor providing cloud-based solutions to plumbing and heating companies to allow them to run their businesses efficiently while maintaining legislative compliance and we are excited to now have a strategic relationship with a licenced trade body whose members can help shape the future of our product to support their operations now and into the future.

"The Propeller team are ready to welcome APHC members to its community of users over the coming months.”
