The scheme, which has become a permanent fixture in Navien’s offering to installers, consists of free nationwide events designed to teach installers about Navien’s HVAC appliances, as well as its energy saving smart controls, as the manufacturer continues its growth in the UK market.

Navien's latest products include the NCB ON range of gas-condensing Combi Crossover boilers, its blue flame oil boiler range, and ON AI – Navien’s new artificial intelligence technology which uses smart diagnostics to bring benefits to installers and homeowners.

With these developments supporting our expansion in the UK, we want to make sure that the installers working with our products have a full understanding of how they work and how to get the best performance and efficiency out of them for customers – including our smart control capabilities.

“Maintaining positive relationships with the installer network is vital to us and we are confident that by providing these sessions, installers will have the opportunity to keep their skillsets up to date, in addition to informing them of any recent technological and product developments.”  

The one day sessions are delivered face-to-face at multiple locations across the UK, giving installers the opportunity to attend a nearby session. Locations include Newcastle, Hull, Cardiff, Scotland, Cornwall, Somerset, Lancashire, Guildford, and the Midlands, with more to come around the UK and Ireland as the scheme continues its rapid growth.

Upon completion of the training session, Installers receive 70 Navien Choice points which they can either exchange for a prize straightaway or earn more points by installing Navien’s products to unlock a higher value prize. There are a huge number of prizes on offer, all of which vary in value based on points and range from Bose headphones to Nespresso coffee machines to Playstation consoles and more.
