Installer John Wilson has earnt a trip to Miami, Florida through Ideal Boilers' Premier Club loyalty scheme.

John, who owns Wilson Heating Limited in Aberdeen, is the first installer to qualify for the trip in May 2019.

“I’m really excited about the trip, it should be great fun,” said John, who had always traded with Ideal’s competitors until this year.

“I’m very impressed with the Logic+ and the Touch thermostat. The great thing is my customers have heard of Ideal and, with the 10-year warranty, they sell themselves. I’m also delighted with the customer service, any issues are sorted immediately,” John added.

Having reached his target John also qualifies for quarterly incentives, meaning at the end of June he’ll have a pair of Ray Bans ready for summer.

“I’m delighted for John,” said Ideal’s Area Sales Manager Dougie Bell. “I’ve been trying to get him to switch to Ideal for ages, so it’s great to have a convert. It’s amazing how quickly he has hit his target.”
