The Behind Every Boiler campaign begins in January and will run throughout 2023. It kicks off with a dedicated roadshow that will visit trade merchants’ branches to showcase Ideal Heating’s range of products.

The tour will bring products such as the new Logic2 MAX range directly to installers, with the company expecting to reach over 18,000 installers across the UK. Guest installers will meet their local Ideal Sales Manager, receive exclusive offers, including merchandise, as well as other giveaways, as part of trade counter events over the first half of the year.

Several invite-only secret social events will be held throughout the year, available to those installers who have received a golden ticket from their area sales manager. The events will take place at mystery locations throughout the year with entertainment, food and drinks.

Exclusive ‘Behind the Scenes’ events will also be held at the Ideal Heating National Training and Technology Centre at Bridgehead in Hull. Installers will get the opportunity to join a factory tour at the National Avenue site, for an up-close and personal look at production, testing and packaging.

Behind Every Boiler will sit alongside Ideal Heating’s well-established Premier Club scheme that rewards its most loyal installers with an exclusive get-away. Previous trips have been taken winners to Miami and Las Vegas. The next trip in 2024 will see those who qualify heading off to Dubai.
