Fernox has opened a new chemical water treatment manufacturing facility in Wantage, Oxfordshire.
The company says that the opening of the new facility has improved production efficiency and enhanced stock control procedures. This has already resulted in shorter ordering times and a more efficient service for customers.
The new facility manufactures the complete Fernox chemical water treatment range, including the Protector F1 as well as Filter Fluid+ Protector.
Ernie McDonald, Global Director at Fernox, said: “The new 24-hour production facility has a workforce of 240 employees that allows us to offer the highest quality service levels and be responsive to individual customer needs.
“As we continue to develop chemical water treatments for the UK and export markets, the Wantage facility will be crucial to grow the local economy and enhance supply chain capability.”
