The units are designed to be cleaned and sanitised particularly easily, according to the company. The smooth internal panels are made of antibacterial material, such as aluminium or stainless steel, that limit the risks of microbial contamination.
Maintenance and cleaning are made easy by upstream and downstream inspection doors and condensate trays, while the plug fans are without scrolls and fans, filters, cold coils and humidifiers are equipped with portholes and lighting.
Available in multiple filtering levels, but with a minimum final filtration of ISO 16890 ePM1 85%, the AQX H air handling units can be equipped with UV-C lamps or photocatalytic oxidation modules.
The Clivet AQX H series is available in 32 standard sizes able to cover capacities from 1,500 to 100,000m3/h (considering a speed of 2.5 m/s on the exchangers), but it is also designed to adapt to any architectural or design constraint. In this regard, the height and width can be varied as required in 50 mm increments, making a large number of combinations available to meet all requirements.
The modular structure makes it possible to create a fully customisable product. In the case of single-flow units, it is possible to have a completely in-line configuration or to have an in-line configuration with partial vertical development. In the case of double-flow units in-line, overlapping, or side-by-side configurations are also available.
All sections are connected to each other through a coupling system that guarantees maximum precision and rapid assembly even on site.
The supporting structure of the AQX H series units consists of cold extruded aluminium profiles and sandwich panels that ensure maximum rigidity and lightness. The casing is designed to achieve high noise reduction and extremely low pressure/depression deformation.
The units comply with the Ecodesign regulation 1253 and 1254. Mechanical and component performances are specified and classified according to EN 1886 and EN 13053.
The hygienic performance is certified by TÜV SÜD according to the requirements of DIN 1946-4, VDI 6022-1, VDI 3803-1 and ISO 846/2019.
