Stiebel Eltron says the WPL heat pump series offers comfort and freedom of choice for installation.

The WPL heat pump series offers comfort and freedom of choice for installation, according to manufacturer Stiebel Eltron.

The unit has been created with a robust casing, and there is a special hood for external installation enabling WPL to be fitted either inside or outside of the home.

The quiet heat pump operation prevents almost all noise pollution, making it possible to install it in a cellar or basement without disturbing the home.

The air-to-water heat pump delivers efficient and sustainable heating power from a compact design. Even at temperatures as low as -20ºc, the WPL series can still yield sufficient thermal energy from the outside air.

An electric booster heater makes sure that there is enough heating if required. The system is particularly recommended for low temperature or underfloor heating systems, and key features include its optimum output matching through two compressors, the choice of five output sizes, and a high coefficient of performance.
