Our branch stock profiles comprise of comprehensive ranges kept in all locations, including manufacturer approved profiles from Worcester, Viessman, Vaillant, and many others. These are supplemented with other boiler manufacturer profiles, such as Ideal, Vokéra, and also oil spares, based on the needs of local customers and boiler population in the branch’s locality.

When you need it

We understand that spares are often needed on an emergency basis, which is why we have drop boxes in over 70 branches for delivery before 7am. We also have a 24/7 order line for out-of-hours order placement with expert spares staff on hand from early morning until late evening to take orders for delivery or branch pick-up on one easy number.

In any scenario

We hold significant stock in branches where customers need it. A core stock guarantee means that if we don’t have a listed spare, we’ll give it to you for free. For less common items, we have a superb back-up service, with most products delivered on a next-day basis. Our online parts-identification software can help you even with the most obscure item.
