Mira Showers has had its reputation for superb customer service bolstered recently with its in-house team winning Call Centre of the Year (Small) at the annual South West Contact Centre Awards.
Organized by the South West Contact Centre Forum, these annual awards celebrate individuals and companies for their contribution to the region’s contact centre industry over the last 12 months.
Mira’s customer services department – the Kohler Mira Contact Centre – handles all contact with Mira and Rada brand customers. From taking pre-sales advice enquiries or diagnosing faults through to arranging service visits, advising contractors on technical matters or arranging despatch of spares; the team manages all calls, emails and social media.
