Why are you launching a new Keyless System?

It is inspired by feedback from plumbers and installers. We recognised that having a key to demount fittings could, in some circumstances, be a frustration. So a keyless version was a logical development – one with all the qualities of the original but faster and easier to fit.

Is the keyless system replacing the current Hep2O?

No. Keyless will be sold alongside the original ‘Key’ version. Lots of installers like the extra security of a tamper-proof system – a real benefit in new housebuilding and first fix.

Installers can now choose the system that works best for them and their project.

Are there any other new features with Hep2O Keyless?

Yes. It’s a smaller, more streamlined fitting, which is a real bonus where space is restricted, the flow rate has been optimised, and you now just twist and push for easy demounting.

Is the system still as secure?

Yes. Unlike some other fittings, Hep2O Keyless can’t be fully unscrewed and taken apart, so there is no risk of losing components.

Do you need different pipe and inserts/sleeves?

No. Key and Keyless both use the same Hep2O pipe and Smartsleeves.

Why is it faster to install?

The new fittings are supplied pre-locked. So you just insert a sleeve, push in the pipe, feel the rumble to know it’s secure, and you’re good to go.

Are Hep2O Key and Keyless compatible?

All Hep2O fittings are compatible with each other, with copper  and, using a transition fixing, with our Wavin Tigris press-fit system. It’s easy to mix and match as required.

Can I try the new range?

Yes. If you want to put Hep2O Keyless to the test, you can request a free sample pack – head to hep2okeyless.co.uk and we will send you a pack out as soon as they are available.
