Baxi has won an award for digital marketing at the UK Business Awards 2016. The company was recognised for its Baxi Works loyalty scheme.
The online loyalty scheme for heating engineers was completely redeveloped and relaunched earlier this year. The judges were impressed with the quantity and quality of customer insight carried out to ensure the new scheme met and exceeded the needs of its customers, and then how the platform was built enabling Baxi to prioritise, support and reward installers.
This is the the latest in a string of awards for Baxi after Baxi Genuine Parts won two categories and was fifth overall in the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service Awards and Baxi Customer Support came first in the small contact centre category at the UK Customer Experience Awards.
Redesigned and relaunched in March 2016, Baxi Works offers a wide range of benefits, including an exclusive website-based error code fix feature, prioritised technical help and personalised annual boiler service reminders. The Baxi Works website also makes it easy for installers to complete Gas Safe notifications free of charge, register warranties and claim loyalty points whether using a smartphone, tablet or PC.
Baxi Works can also be accessed through the Baxi Toolbelt app, which includes a handy scanner so that boilers can be registered for warranty and Gas Safe while the installer is still on site. It is available to download from iTunes or Google Play.
